Built in South Asia, for how South Asian hospitals actually run.
This system was not adapted for the region from somewhere else. It was built and is in daily use at a major public teaching hospital in Karachi, built by a practising surgeon — in a setting with load-shedding, heavy patient load and staff working off their own phones. That is the same ward reality across much of India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
The ward journey, not an admin menu
Admission, ward rounds with structured notes, orders, theatre scheduling, the on-call list and discharge — followed through as one journey, with pharmacy, laboratory, blood bank and inventory as role-scoped departments. There is an OPD token queue and a waiting-room display for outpatient load, and a read-only patient portal reached by QR code with a PIN.
The flagship edition is orthopaedics and trauma, which is the one proven in daily production. Internal medicine is the next strongest. We will tell you plainly where a specialty is thinner rather than promise uniform depth.
For teaching hospitals: the academic output
Teaching units get a research suite over their own ward data — survival and regression analysis, a Table 1 builder, exports to SPSS, Stata and R, reporting-checklist wizards and a manuscript draft builder. Treat it as screening and drafting grade: confirm final analyses in SPSS or R before publication. For a unit that needs logbooks and papers as well as a working ward, this is often what justifies the spend.
Pricing and payment
From USD 199/mo for a single clinician and from USD 9 per bed / month for a full hospital, quoted in local currency on request — for Pakistan and the wider region there is a separate local card rather than a straight conversion. Public and teaching hospitals get 30–50% off. Collection is by bank transfer or regional wallets; annual prepayment is preferred and there is no live card gateway.
Offline-first through power cuts and weak links, syncing when they return.
Mobile-first, installed to the home screen — no ward PC programme.
Survival and regression analysis, SPSS/Stata/R export — drafting grade, confirm finals in SPSS or R.
A separate regional card, not a straight conversion of the USD list.

Does it handle load-shedding and weak connectivity?
Yes. It is offline-first: it installs like an app, keeps working through power cuts with no connection, and syncs when the link returns. It was built on a ward where that was a daily reality.
Is pricing available in local currency?
Yes. Global list pricing is in USD, and for Pakistan and the wider region there is a separate local-currency card rather than a straight conversion. Public and teaching hospitals receive a 30-50% discount.
Is the research suite good enough to publish from?
Treat it as screening and drafting grade. It runs survival and regression analysis, builds a Table 1, exports to SPSS, Stata and R and drafts a manuscript, but confirm final analyses in SPSS or R before publication.
Which specialties are strongest?
Orthopaedics and trauma, which is the edition proven in daily production, followed by internal medicine. Other specialties are configured, but vitals and laboratory depth is thinner and we will say so rather than overstate it.
