What you can try in the demo today

Records you can print

Discharge summaries, drug charts showing the nurse and time of every dose, theatre lists, and an activity log of key actions.

Keeps working through outages

Once a phone has opened it online, rounds, notes, drug charts and discharge summaries keep working without a connection and sync when it returns. Billing waits for the connection.

Billing and panels in one place

Invoices and receipts, with cash, card, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments recorded against each invoice, and panel and insurance claims tracked.

Pricing

Priced for your hospital after a 20-minute call: a one-time setup plus an annual licence, quoted in PKR. Invoiced; pay by bank transfer. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

What it doesn't do yet

Frequently asked questions

Does it do FBR invoicing?

Not built in. Invoices and receipts are kept in the billing module. Connecting to FBR's point-of-sale reporting would be scoped as integration work for your hospital.

Can reception take payments?

Reception records payments against invoices — cash, card, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. OrthoSuite doesn't process card or wallet payments itself.

Does it work during outages?

Yes, for ward work. Once a phone has opened it online, rounds, notes, drug charts and discharge summaries keep working without a connection and sync when it returns. Billing, the token queue and exports wait for the connection.

Where is our data kept, and who owns it?

Your hospital owns its data. On our managed cloud it's hosted by Supabase in the AWS Mumbai (India) region, and you can export it, including in FHIR R4. If your data has to stay in Pakistan or inside your building, we can install it on your own server.

Is it approved by a healthcare commission?

OrthoSuite isn't certified by any healthcare commission. It's designed to support documentation requirements — complete, timed and attributed records — but that isn't a certification. Confirm current standards with your healthcare commission.

How much does it cost?

Priced for your hospital after a 20-minute call: a one-time setup plus an annual licence, quoted in PKR. Invoiced; pay by bank transfer. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
